Freddie Gibbs and Madlib’s new visual for the single from their EP of the same name. It looks like gangster rap is back on the map with the likes Gibbs, Dom Kennedy, Nipsy Hustle, and Kendrick Lamar. Gotta love the West Coast.

Noted as one of several forthcoming cinematic offerings from Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi’s Rome project, which will comprise a theatrical live-action project, the heralded collaborative single with Jack White now gets the visual treatment. The video for “Two Against One” welcomes an animated cut, actually done rather well, might we add. Expect to see more aesthetic offerings from the album in the near future. The video is part of an interactive project by acclaimed music video director Chris Milk and animator/co-director Anthony Francisco Schepperd. Check the link for more. Enjoy

The good people at NPR’s All Songs Considered premiered the brand new video for the latest from Fanfarlo — “Shiny Things”.
The video is quite strange, but entertaining and enjoyable all the same. I’ve loved all the new tracks Fanfarlo has teased us with thus far and can’t wait for the soon-to-be-released LP, Rooms Filled With Light (out 2/28/12 to be exact). Check out the video at All Songs Considered, or head on over to Fanfarlo’s website for this video and more (and details for their upcoming US tour).
