Lykke Li just released a new video for I Follow Rivers, a track from the soon to be released Wounded Rhymes (grab it here).

The  video is directed by Tarik Saleh, and stars Lykke Li and Swedish/Lebanese actor Fares Fares.

Following the footsteps of Andreis Tarkovsky’s The Sacrifice, it is shot on the magic island of Gotland, Narsholmen to be specific.

A place like no other, a love like no other.
A love like a drug, she loves like the river, a love caught on fire, fueled by desire.
Where you running, who you running from?
A love story with no end and no beginning.

Arcade Fire + Spike Jonze

Arcade Fire and Spike Jonze recently teamed and released a short film for AF’s title track, The Suburbs. The film is shot by Jonze in a Texas suburb (not far from where Win Butler grew up) and chronicles a day in the life of some suburban teens. For those of you lucky enough to catch Arcade Fire on the band’s most recent tour, you’ll most likely recognize scenes from the film. For those of you not so lucky, here’s a taste of what you missed.
