If COTE’s forthcoming debut album is even half as good as her latest single, “Cruel,” we’re all in for a really treat. I can’t help but think of Sharon Van Etten when I listen to this track, but COTE brings her own voice and emotions. The vocals on this track are absolutely stunning and the build is chill inducing. Needless to say, I can’t wait to hear more. Enjoy.
