The first single from Daft Punk’s upcoming Random Access Memories is out now.  “Get Lucky” features Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers and it’s fantastic.  I’m pretty much obsessed with this track right now, it’s all i’ve been listening to since I woke up this morning.  Stream the track below or on Spotify.  Random Access Memories is out May 21 on Columbia.  Pre-order the record now.

Outside Lands 2013

The Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival will once again take over San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park later this summer.  I highly recommend this festival.  It’s like Coachella, just not as hot or expensive.  Oh, and instead of being held in a miserable desert, it all goes down in one of the best cities in the world.

There are quite a few highlights from this year’s lineup, including The National, NIN, Paul McCartney, Phoenix, Yeasayer, and Willie Nelson.  With that said, i’m probably most excited about Grizzly Bear, Vampire Weekend, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Youth Lagoon, and Daryl Hall & John Oates!!!
