Sorry for the delay, but here it is, the fourth and final post of my favorite albums of 2012 (so far). If I had to rank my favorite albums of the year today, at least three of the albums below would make the cut. But alas, I still have about 5 months to narrow it down, but please check back in December to see who makes the cut. Outside Lands 2012

SF’s Outside Lands Festival turns 5 this year and has announced quite the lineup to celebrate.

Highlights include: Alabama Shakes, Amadou & Mariam, Beck, Big Boi, Bloc Party, Caveman, Dr. Dog, Explosions in the Sky, Father John Misty, Fitz and the Tantrums, Foo Fighters, fun., Jack White, Justice, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Norah Jones, Of Monsters and Men, Passion Pit, Portugal. The Man, Regina Spektor, Santigold, Sharon Van Etten, Sigur Rós, Stevie Wonder, Tame Impala, Tanlines, Tennis, The Kills, The Walkmen, Thee Oh Sees, Washed Out, White Denim, Yacht, Yellow Ostrich, and Zola Jesus.

It all goes down August 10-12 this year in the beautiful Golden Gate Park. Tickets go on sale this Thursday at 12pm (PDT).
