Damien Jurado is headed to a living room near you!  Beginning in May, Damien heads out on an intimate tour, playing small rooms and houses across the United States.  Tickets for the house shows will be limited to 30-50 and can be purchased at Undertow Tickets.  Full list of of shows is below.

And as a nice little bonus, the good peeps at Secretly Canadian have provided a little preview of what to expect on this tour.  Damien recently played a candlelit show at Urban Grace Church in Tacoma, WA.  Local paper The Weekly Volcano said of the performance, “his powerful, restrained voice dripped with sorrow and beauty, carrying the weight of the world so we didn’t have to.”   Enjoy the full set below. Following stunning performances of Lysandre in San Francisco and New York City, Owens and his 7-piece band is taking the live show on the road. He will play Lisbon, Paris and London in December and stop in several US cities following the January release of his debut solo album, including two nights at Manhattan’s Bowery Ballroom.
