Wish I could tell you more about the artist, Pink Paint, but I can’t find anything other than this video and the trailer for Zoe.
Really looking forward to hearing more from Pink Paint. Hopefully it’s sooner than later.
“Pigeons,” from the Tasmania/Melbourne band Quivers, isn’t exactly brand-new, but it will receive a proper release later this month and if the rest of the album is half as good as this track, we’re in for quite the treat. Stumbled upon this excellent remix from LIFELIKE. This is the first I’ve heard from this producer, but I’m definitely intrigued and looking forward to hearing more. LIFELIKE is prepping the release of a new album later this year featuring collaborations with the likes of Chromeo, A-Trak, Oliver, and more. Stay tuned.

“Summer in a Dream” is the debut single from the soulful, singer/songwriter MAWD. It’s a super fun and infectious indie folk gem and the perfect jam for those sunny, summer days that are right around the corner. I’ve been lucky enough to catch MAWD live numerous times and she puts on such a good show. I anticipate a big year for this talented songstress and I can’t wait to hear what’s next. In the meantime, enjoy the new single and the stripped down b-side “Ukulele Song.”
