I’m a little late on this, so unless you’ve been living under a rock all day, you’ve already heard the great news. But just in case you’re still in the dark, i’m oh so happy to tell you that Sigur Rós is set to release Valtari, their first LP since 2008!
Though the band’s stunning concert film Inni and Jonsi’s incredible work on last year’s We Built a Zoo definitely helped tide me over until this point, the last 4 years have felt like 40. Words simply cannot describe how excited I am for this release, but 2012 just got real.
