Frankie Rose & the Outs are out and about in support of their self-titled debut album. The album is out September 20th and this marks the first solo outing for the always impressive Frankie Rose (Vivian Girls, Crystal Stilts, & Dum Dum Girls). Berlin-based multilingual, French-German duo, Stereo Total, just hit the road in support of their 10th, and newest album, Baby ouh! I was introduced to Stereo Total back in 2005, when I Love You, Ono was used for a segment in Robot Food’s Afterbang, and instantly fell in love. If you have the chance to catch one of the shows, be there, you won’t regret it.

Australia’s, The Temper Trap, will be making three quick stops in California, part of their big world tour.
one of my favorite new bands, freelance whales, recently embarked on a north american tour. the band will be stopping at a multitude of cities across the country, including six stops in california and playing this years sasquatch music festival in washington state. one huge plus, the band will be playing with another favorite of mine, shout out louds, throughout the tour!
