This song (and video) makes me want to get the f out of dodge and go on an adventure. The vocals are mesmerizing and the production is spot on. You’ll find this song and more on the duo’s forthcoming album Vita Lucida, out Feb 3.
LIV (Lykke Li, Miike Snow’s Andrew Wyatt and Pontus Winnberg, Peter Bjorn & John’s Björn Yttling and producer Jeff Bhasker) dropped their second single last week. Still no word on when we can expect their debut full-length, but “Dream Awake” is a vivid, dream pop gem and a fine consolation while we wait.
