if 2009 was the year of the xx, 2010 is the year of phantogram.
phantogram is a “street beat, psych pop” band from saratoga springs, ny, consisting of guitarist josh carter and keyboardist sarah barthel. active since 2007, phantogram is really starting to blow up. the band recently signed with barsuk records and the latest release, eyelid movies, came out earlier this year.
the band is playing at this years SXSW and afterwards will be touring with the antlers (check out their myspace page for tour dates)
