[on repeat] The White Panda//Midnight Life

Mashup maestros The White Panda never cease to amaze me.  Their most recent offering, “Midnight Life”, combines two unlikely artists — one of my favorites, M83, and one of my not-so -favorites, Kanye West.  The result is a high-energy track that’s sure to put some extra pep in your step and I for one will have it on constant repeat this weekend.

Head on over to, where you can stream and download “Midnight Life” for free (along with pretty much every other track they’ve put out).

More From The Friendly Giant

Last week I featured mashup artist, The Friendly Giant, and his latest offering, Hands Up High.  Since then, he’s been hard at work and just dropped two brand new mashups for your listening pleasure.

The Friendly Giant – Beautiful Kids (Sean Kingston//B.o.B ft. Bruno Mars//MGMT)
The Friendly Giant – Twisted (Twista ft. Kanye West//Pendulum)

[on repeat] Hands Up High//Friendly Giant Mashup

The Friendly Giant is a 17 year old mashup artist from Los Angeles.  His latest mashup, Hands Up High, combines the catchy lyrics of Waka Flocka Fame ft. Wale and Roscoe Dash’s No Hands with the “make you want to move and dance” beats of Taio Cruz ft. Travie McCoy’s Higher.

I was traveling last week and ended up listening to this track quite a bit.  It was a great addition to my “keep me from falling asleep at the wheel” driving mix and couldn’t help from dancing in my seat as I drove through the middle of nowhere.  Give the track a listen below and I dare you to try and stay still.

[hot off the press] White Panda//Pandamonium

The mashup duo of Procrast and DJ Griffi, better known as The White Panda, just dropped their latest album, Pandamonium.

Like their previous releases, the entire album is available as a free download!  You can get all 40 tracks (yes, 40 total tracks) in separated track form here or grab it as one long continuous mix here.

Mashup maestro, Girl Talk (aka Greg Gillis), is hitting the road for a huge NA tour. If you love to dance (and sweat) for hours, this is show you don’t want to miss. California stops are below, but be sure to check out the complete tour schedule here.
